We understand that there may be situations where you need to return a product. To facilitate this process, we have established a clear and straightforward Returns Policy outlined below.
If you discover a fault with your purchased product within the warranty period (unless otherwise specified), please notify us immediately. We will either repair the problem or provide a replacement. Please note that the replacement part may have a different FRU, spare, or part number than the one you originally ordered.
In the event that a product is returned under warranty, and our testing reveals "No Fault Found" or the issue is due to incompatibility with your hardware or software setup, a $10 testing fee and a 25% restocking fee may apply.
You have the right to cancel an order from the moment it is placed on our site up until 14 days from the day after you receive the products. If you need to change any order details, such as the delivery address or quantity, or cancel an order entirely, please contact our Customer Service team promptly.
If you cancel an order before we ship the product, there will be no extra charges. However, if you cancel your order after receiving the goods, you may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Unwanted products can be returned within 14 working days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition with unopened packaging and unbroken seals. For such returns, a restocking fee of 25-50% may apply, depending on the condition of the returned item.
To qualify for a non-faulty return, the item must be in "original condition," which means that accessories, manuals, software, and warranties must be enclosed in their original packaging and undamaged.
Despite our best efforts, occasional errors may occur, such as incorrect product descriptions, stock status, or pricing, due to typographical, informational, technical, or other errors. In such cases, IT RELEVANTS reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order and promptly correct the inaccurate information. If the correct price of an item is higher than our stated price, we will contact you for instructions before shipping the item, or we will cancel your order and notify you of the cancellation.
If the products you receive do not match your order or are missing items, we will promptly resolve the issue and provide the correct product.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it. You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment, excluding shipping costs. Please allow up to 2 working days for the authorization of your return and the issuance of an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
